“सरकारी नौकरी” सुनते ही ज़्यादातर लोगों के मन में UPSC जैसी कठिन परीक्षाओं की छवि आती है। लेकिन सच यह है कि भारत में ऐसी कई सरकारी नौकरियाँ हैं, जिनकी परीक्षा अपेक्षाकृत आसान होती है, competition कम होता है, और चयन की संभावना ज़्यादा होती है।
इसका मतलब यह नहीं कि इनमें मेहनत नहीं लगती — लेकिन UPSC या SSC CGL जैसी कठिन तैयारी भी नहीं करनी पड़ती।
यहाँ एक अहम बात समझ लें — “आसान” का मतलब है कम competition, simple syllabus, या merit-based selection। इसका यह अर्थ नहीं है कि बिना पढ़े selection हो जाएगा।
1. Post Office — Gramin Dak Sevak (GDS)
यह शायद भारत की सबसे “आसान” government job है इसलिए नहीं कि काम आसान है, बल्कि इसलिए कि इसमें कोई written exam नहीं होता।
Selection पूरी तरह 10वीं के अंकों के आधार पर होता है। 2026 में करीब 40,000 vacancies expected हैं।
इसका मतलब है कि अगर आपके 10वीं में 80%+ marks हैं, तो selection की संभावना काफ़ी अच्छी हो सकती है। इसमें न exam होता है, न interview — selection merit list के आधार पर होता है।
Salary: ₹10,000-₹14,500 per month।
Eligibility: 10वीं pass, 18-40 साल।
2. SSC MTS (Multi-Tasking Staff)
SSC MTS भारत की सबसे beginner-friendly central government exam है। इसमें general studies, basic maths, और reasoning से simple questions आते हैं।
Syllabus न तो बहुत deep है और न बहुत technical। Vacancies बड़ी संख्या में निकलती हैं और competition UPSC या SSC CGL जितना tough नहीं होता।
Salary: ₹18,000-₹22,000 per month plus allowances।
Eligibility: 10वीं या 12वीं pass, 18-25 साल।
3. Railway Group D
Railway में Group D की vacancies हर साल बड़ी संख्या में निकलती हैं। इसमें Track Maintainer, Helper, Porter, Gateman जैसी positions होती हैं।
Exam में General Science, Mathematics, General Intelligence, और General Awareness से questions आते हैं — सब 10वीं level के।
Salary: ₹18,000-₹22,400 per month plus Railway perks।
Eligibility: 10वीं pass, 18-36 साल।

4. Anganwadi Worker और Helper
Anganwadi में government jobs के लिए written exam की जरूरत नहीं होती। Merit-based या interview-based selection होता है।
यह position especially महिलाओं के लिए बहुत अच्छी है क्योंकि posting local area में ही होती है और काम भी समाज सेवा से जुड़ा होता है।
Salary: ₹8,000-₹15,000 per month plus incentives।
Eligibility: 8वीं-10वीं pass, local resident होना जरूरी।
5. Forest Guard
State Forest Departments में Forest Guard की vacancies आमतौर पर 12वीं pass candidates के लिए होती हैं। Exam relatively simple होता है, इसलिए outdoor work पसंद करने वालों के लिए यह एक अच्छा option माना जाता है।

इनमें आमतौर पर written exam नहीं होता; document verification और interview के आधार पर selection होता है। 8वीं या 10वीं pass candidates apply कर सकते हैं।

यह entry-level position है लेकिन government service में आने का सबसे आसान रास्ता है। In-service exam देकर ऊपर भी जा सकते हैं।
9. Sweeper/Safai Karmachari (Government Departments में)
Municipal Corporations, Railways, और Government Hospitals में safai karmachari की नियमित भर्ती होती है। इसमें कोई written exam नहीं होता।
यह सुनने में छोटी position लग सकती है, लेकिन यह permanent government job होती है जिसमें PF, gratuity, medical, और pension सब मिलते हैं।

10. ASHA Worker और ANM (Auxiliary Nurse Midwife)
Health department में ASHA workers और ANM की vacancy regularly निकलती है। ANM के लिए 12वीं के बाद एक short nursing course करना होता है।
यह position specially ग्रामीण इलाकों में होती है और local women को priority दी जाती है।
Salary: ASHA को incentive-based payment मिलता है। ANM को ₹20,000-₹30,000 per month।
इन Jobs में Select होने के लिए Tips
Physical Fitness पहले। ज़्यादातर “आसान” government jobs — Police, Railway, Defence — में physical test होता है। Written exam से पहले running और physical preparation शुरू करें।
Marks पर ध्यान दें। GDS जैसी merit-based jobs के लिए 10वीं में अच्छे marks बहुत important हैं। अगर अभी 9वीं में हैं तो खूब मेहनत करें।
Notice पर नज़र रखें। Government job notifications आती-जाती रहती हैं। State government की official websites और Employment News regularly check करें।
Multiple Jobs के लिए Apply करें। एक साथ कई exams दें क्योंकि जो पहले मिले वो join कर लें।
निष्कर्ष
भारत में सिर्फ UPSC और SSC CGL ही government jobs नहीं हैं। Post Office GDS, SSC MTS, Railway Group D, Anganwadi, Forest Guard जैसी jobs में competition कम है, syllabus simple है, और अच्छी तैयारी से select होना possible है। सबसे जरूरी है कि सही जानकारी हो, समय पर application करें, और physical और mental दोनों तरह से तैयार रहें।
